Andriel is the Founder and CEO of Healing Without Limits Counseling and Consulting. Andriel is a licensed Social Worker through the state of Ohio and an award-winning leader. Andriel earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.

She has an extensive background in providing mental health treatment to adults and couples as an EMDR-trained therapist. Andriel has also worked as a therapist in a psychiatric hospital as well as in intensive outpatient treatment for substance use disorders. 

She also has experience working with local behavioral health agencies to advance their organization, she has assisted organizations in preparing for accreditations and enhancing their policies. She also has experience in developing mental health programs.

Andriel also has experience working for the local, state, and federal government. She oversaw and administered a 96 million-dollar State Opioid Response (SOR) grant, as a state employee. She also spent almost two years working for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). On behalf of the FDA, she coordinated the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) interagency stakeholder engagement on Drug Overdose Prevention-related topics.
