The event centered on exploring the critical role of mental health in both personal well-being and as a driver of organizational success. Participants engaged in a conversation about what mental health means on an individual level and discovered actionable strategies to champion mental health initiatives within their roles and organizations. Andriel's session emphasized the importance of becoming mental health change agents, aiming to foster a workplace environment that supports mental wellness for enhanced organizational performance.
