Event: Columbus Chamber of Commerce: Inclusion Series: Workplace Well-Being 

Our CEO, spoke on cultivating workplace environments where well-being is embedded into culture and integrated into overall business strategy. The session addressed how organizations can move beyond awareness to operational alignment, strengthening policies, leadership practices, and systems to create environments where employees can truly thrive.

 Healing Without Limits expanded its presence through a public billboard campaign reinforcing the importance of empowering workplaces through mental health.

The campaign signaled our continued commitment to elevating mental health as a strategic priority for organizations across Central Ohio.

Following our CEO, Andriel Ugbomeh serving as an expert panelist at the Westerville Area Chamber Women in Business Luncheon on Mental Health in High-Performing Work Environments, Jessica Schwarz, SHRM-CP, Event Development Manager, shared:

Event: Westerville Chamber of Commerce:  From Surviving to Thriving: Protecting Mental Health in High-Performance Work Environments. 

The Westerville Chamber hosted an event during Mental Health Awareness Month 2025. The event explored  how stress impacts the body, how trauma can show up in adulthood, and what organizations can do to address mental health in the workplace. From policies to leadership practices, we talked about how to build environments where people can truly thrive. 

Our CEO, Andriel Ugbomeh, was invited to speak to the and share how workplace culture and mental well-being impacts the success of companies.

Tri-Village Chamber Partnership proudly hosted the Mental Health in the Workplace event, focusing on the intersection of mental wellness and organizational success. Keynote speaker was our CEO, Andriel Ugbomeh, MSSA, LSW, led a dynamic training on supporting mental health in the workplace, tailored for employers, employees, and leaders alike.

The event centered on exploring the critical role of mental health in both personal well-being and as a driver of organizational success. Participants engaged in a conversation about what mental health means on an individual level and discovered actionable strategies to champion mental health initiatives within their roles and organizations. Andriel's session emphasized the importance of becoming mental health change agents, aiming to foster a workplace environment that supports mental wellness for enhanced organizational performance.

Event: National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Ohio Chapter Advocacy Day April 2023

"Every March during Social Work Month, NASW Ohio Chapter hosts Advocacy Day to connect social workers to their state legislators. It's a time to promote our profession and issues that impact our clients. Join over 600 social workers and social work students for a day of action. You'll learn how to be an effective advocate and meet with your state Representative and state Senator's offices."

During the advocacy day, our CEO, Andriel Ugbomeh spoke on a panel that discussed Social Workers with careers in Macro Social Work.

Andriel spoke on the panel with two other Social Workers and shared about her career in advocacy, systemic change, legislative advocacy, overseeing the mental health system, and working for the local, state, and federal government.
